I have never written a review on any product I've ever bought online. That being said, this product is so amazing, I had to. I was losing my hair mid-shaft (basically had an unwanted mullet) for a year and a half, I stopped dying my hair, I see my hairdresser every 8 weeks, he hadn't cut my hair in over a year, because there wasn't much to cut. I was taking a bunch of other supplements hoping that would help, I tried castor oil, rosemary oil, and scalp massages, to no avail. I am in Perimenopause, my doctor told me it was normal for my age. I had a physical coming up and my doctor was out sick so I saw her PA, she was incredible, she tested my Ferratin, it was a 14! she said although that's technically in the "normal" range, she said women should ideally be 75 or higher. She prescribed me and iron supplement. I took it but did some research on my own. This product kept popping up, and the ingredients matched what my research was saying about the absorption of iron being much better when combined with other vitamins. In two months, my Ferratin more than doubled to 37! My hair almost back to where it has always been. I went to the hairdresser and he said " wow! I can actually cut and blow out your hair"! I am a customer for life now!! Thank you!!!

ok this is gonna be long but I need to help anyone else going through thisI lost about 40% of my hair in 6 weeks. it was absolutely traumatic. my hair used to be SO full and SO thick and suddenly I'm pulling out clumps in the shower and seeing my scalp in photos. I tried everything. biotin, rosemary oil, expensive shampoos, those scalp serums that cost like $100. hundreds of pounds. nothing.finally got my ferritin checked (not just iron, ferritin, theres a difference) and it was 14. FOURTEEN. my doctor said it was "in range" and I wanted to scream. I did my own research and apparently hair follicles need ferritin above 70 to actually grow properly???anyway I'd tried iron tablets before and they destroyed my stomach so I was nervous. but this one has a different type of iron (bisglycinate?). no stomach issues at all. literally none.3 months in. baby hairs everywhere. my hairdresser noticed before I even said anything. I'm not saying my hair is back to what it was but its GROWING again and I actually have hope nowif your hair is falling out and doctors keep saying you're fine, get your ferritin checked.

I'm a pharmacist so I don't buy into wellness nonsense. but I also know that "normal" lab ranges are not the same as "optimal."
my ferritin was 16. technically "in range" (lab range starts at 12). my GP said I was fine. but I was exhausted, brain foggy, and my hair was thinning. I knew something was wrong.
did my own research. turns out ferritin should be at LEAST 50-70 for energy and hair. the lab ranges are just "you won't die" ranges, not "you'll feel good" ranges.
this supplement uses iron bisglycinate which is actually well-absorbed and doesn't cause the GI issues that ferrous sulfate does.
10 weeks in. ferritin up to 38 on my last test. energy genuinely better. hair shedding has slowed way down. still have a way to go but this is actually working.

ok I was VERY skeptical because I've wasted so much money on hair supplements that did nothing. like I have a drawer full of biotin bottles. but this is different because it's actually addressing WHY my hair was falling out, not just throwing random vitamins at it.
been 10 weeks and the shedding has definitely slowed. seeing some baby hairs too. not a miracle but something is actually happening. buying another bottle!

If I could give it 10 stars I would. I normally don't give reviews, even if I like the products so this clearly has impressed me with the results. This product does EVERYTHING listed. I have so much more energy, my hair is fuller with less shedding, and so much more color in my face. Whoever created Ferritin & Iron Complex, may you live long and prosper. 😂 I will forever be a customer.
